PROFESSOR LUCAS HEBERT

Lucas is a first-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Professor Lucas became a black belt in October 2019. Lucas started wrestling at the age of seven. Lucas wrestled competitively for 12 years, two of which were in college where he earned a scholarship after his first year at Adams State. Lucas began coaching high school wrestling and continued that journey for nine years. Lucas was first introduced to Jiu Jitsu by his college wrestling coach. While working as a personal trainer and coaching high school wrestling Lucas found Colorado BJJ near his work. Lucas began training Jiu Jitsu in 2007 with Professor Ryan at Colorado BJJ. Lucas began teaching wrestling for Jiu Jitsu just three months after starting. Lucas became a Jiu Jitsu coach as a blue belt and has been teaching since 2009, and teaching at SOLFLO since the day the doors opened. Grappling has been a part of Lucas’ life for over thirty years. Lucas has a great passion for teaching and loves to see the progress students make even when they don’t see it. Lucas Hebert is currently not instructing any classes at SOLFLO Jiu Jitsu
